Concrete Fashion Group acquires Concrete from Al Hakim Family, the largest local retailer with network of more than 40 stores across Egypt

Concrete Fashion Group establishes “Brands for Less,” a retailer of men’s discounted garments

Concrete Fashion Group acquires 31.6% stake in UK-based retailer BMB Group Limited (later reorganized under Baird Group)

Concrete Fashion Group increases its stake in Goldentex Group to 32.6%, currently Arafa owns 48.9% in company

Concrete Fashion Group acquires 35% of Forall Group owner of the Italian prestigious brand Pal Zileri
2009
Al Arafa forms The Baird Group to consolidate its UK subsidiaries
2011
- Establishment of CAMEGIT, 50:50 JV with Ermenegildo Zegna.
- Arafa Holding establishes the new shirt factory, Cristall, located in Beni Sweif in Jan. 2011.
2014
Mayhoola acquires the majority stake in Forall Group , while Arafa Holding maintains same stake of 35%
2015
Concrete Fashion Group increase its stake in Baird Group to 98.2%
2016
- Concrete Fashion Group obtains exclusive rights for Ben Sherman through Baird Group
- Concrete Fashion Group sold its minority stake of 35% in Forall Confezioni S.p.A (“Gruppo Forall”) in July 2016
2018
- Concrete Fashion Group launches a new chain of value chain stores called Brandshub.co in the Egyptian Market
- Concrete Fashion Group launches a specialized online platform for Garments, accessories and leather products under name of Brandshub.co

- Concrete Fashion Group proudly signed product license agreement with Ted Baker, to manufacture and distribute formal men’s wear for three years in UK
- Concrete Fashion Group established 100% owned subsidiary in Dubai multi-commodity center called FC Trading
